You can return any item within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

What is your shipping method?

We ship to all over New Zealand. For merchandise longer than 1.8 metres, volume bigger than 0.2 cubic metres, or weight more than 25kg, delivery will be arranged to your closest depot. Depot addresses are available at https://kiwisafety.co.nz/blog/TGE/

What is your warranty policy?

For the roof box, roof basket, roof rack and pallet jack, the warranty is one year.

How do I select the right roof box size for my car?

400L roof boxes fit Sedans to Compact Utes. 500L and 600L fit Compact SUVs to Full-Size Utes. 730L fits Full-Size SUVs such as Land Cruiser and Land Rover Defender, and Luxury SUVs such as Mercedes-Benz GLE.

Do you offer roof rack installation in Auckland?

Yes, we offer professional roof rack and roof box installation at our warehouse in Glenfield, Auckland. Installation typically takes 10-20 minutes.
